Acceptance
These Terms govern your use of TIM, the public marketing site, and any beta or TestFlight builds distributed by the TIM team. By using TIM, you agree to these Terms.
What TIM provides
TIM provides an iPhone time-tracking experience with optional weekly insight, trend analysis, Apple Health integrations, widgets, and Tim Pro AI features.
The service is still evolving. Features, pricing, device support, and availability may change over time.
Beta and TestFlight use
If you join a beta or TestFlight build, you understand that the app may contain incomplete features, bugs, or temporary limits.
Beta access may be changed, paused, or ended at any time.
Subscriptions and payments
Tim Pro subscriptions are sold through Apple and are governed by Apple's payment and subscription rules in addition to these Terms.
TIM does not directly collect your card number. Billing, renewal, cancellation, and refunds are handled through your App Store account.
Acceptable use
Use TIM lawfully and do not attempt to interfere with the app, its backend services, or its rate limits.
- Do not abuse or automate Tim Pro AI requests in a way that bypasses usage controls.
- Do not reverse engineer, probe, or replay protected backend routes.
- Do not use TIM to request medical diagnosis, treatment, or crisis guidance from Tim AI.
AI features
Tim AI is intended for time awareness, reflection, and productivity coaching. It is not medical, psychiatric, legal, or financial advice.
AI-generated output may be incomplete or wrong. You remain responsible for how you interpret or act on it.
Availability and disclaimers
TIM is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent allowed by law. TIM does not promise uninterrupted access, bug-free operation, or permanent availability of every feature.
Because device capabilities, Apple services, and backend configuration can vary, some features may be unavailable for your device, language, region, or plan.
Intellectual property
The TIM app, branding, copy, designs, and site materials are owned by TIM or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Changes and termination
TIM may update these Terms, change product features, suspend abusive use, or stop offering parts of the service.
If a change materially affects your use of TIM, the updated Terms will be posted on this site with a revised effective date.
Governing law
A final governing-law and venue clause will be added before the production launch. Until then, these Terms should be treated as a product-specific draft pending legal review.
